As much as possible..when we come to sac of penance & reconc...see god's power to change lives..sacr of reconc..love mercy forgiveness..also have seen a great light..in sac of eucharist..hhow many have seen light at table or just fulfill oblig...if seen great light..how often come....sometimes parents say..my kids graduated from st. Cath school, but now they don't come to eucharist..not even on Sunday..why ? Cath lab, [fr B.E.]"Calling u ...to repent for the sin of division ...see clearly..people of zebulun & naphtali..in darkness..question..what do these readings relate to our lives...are we sitting in darkness..have we seen a great light..watch news..seems like darkness..not a lot of good news...emphasis is bad stuff ..looking in our own souls & hearts..maybe sometimes we feel we r walking in darkness..heavy burdens..but maybe we see great light also..esp sacraments of reconciliation or penance..maybe some of us ignore..should celebr. As much as possible..when we come to sac of penance & reconc...see god's power to change lives..sacr of reconc..love mercy forgiveness..also have seen a great light..in sac of eucharist..hhow many have seen light at table or just fulfill oblig...if seen great light..how often come....sometimes parents say..my kids graduated from st. Cath school, but now they don't come to eucharist..not even on Sunday..why ? B/c they haven't seen the great light..if u have seen the light.I assure u ..u will be here every day..when I first came here..630 mass ..abt 20 or 30 ..now at 630 mass..now 50 to 100 ..thaqnk god people have seen Jesus the great light..to seek Jesus powetr, body ^ blood ..to repent 4 our sins ..at end of gospel Jesus also call..john..to ..be light..Jesus today is calling you & me to be the light of christ..we listen..to the call..repent , change lives..then try to come together..see great light of Christ...pray..love,,peace unity in to our churches..world society.."
