BROOKS DOUGLAS WHOSE PARENTS WERE KILLED BY DRIFTERS..[horrific story..when he was 16 yrs old..couple of drifters came to their oklahoma home..his dad was a pastor..just returned from mission in brazil..knock on door..drifters..assaulted his 12 y.o. sister..then killed the parents..now a movie coming out about it....]

Schuller..so an honor to be asked here..an incredible preacher, loving father..aspire to be the kind of dad he was..I can imagine incredible rage..anger ? Lot of years in shock..didn't realize level of rage..manifest itslf..managed to do a lot of good things..not sure right motiv...went into.military ...law school, senate,, age 26..running..came day confrontation..permission to go into the prison..tell story..said I want to see...appropriations committee..sat down staring btw bars..memories flooding back..I expected to see monster..supreme court case..re insanity plea.first thing he said was "so sorry.."..that scene..few minutes in movie..didn't realize ..how much anger I carried..it came out..wanted somthing to happen, but lord had his hand on me.realized things I did since age 16..preparing me for confront..[penner...lots of people w/ rage..been hurt..at what pt..truly forgive?] When looking in eye..looked at him said I forgive u..never had dreamed ..not my nature..god had his hand..never expected.what feeling..indescribable..sitting back down..like my body full of water..poison..see body opening up..taken clamp off chest..breathe frst time 15 years..walked outside prison..leaves geeener.sky bluer..ur a ministers son..be a minister now..pray for somebody who needs that release.[prayer by brooks..work with their lives..not instant..] [penner..u did a tremendous amt of good] heavens rain website ..different churches.events...heavensrainmovie.com ..will touch your life...
