2/4/12 BOYCOTT the DISHONEST, SLEAZY AMERICA FUNNIEST VIDEO (AFV) SHOW...for their sleazy unethical practice of excessively overbooking fans seveeral weeksin advance with NO INTENTION of letting most of them in...there were at lwast 50 people turned away after waiting an hour (as "standbys" with regular tickets), including me, who were then told to take a hike,..during this time they gave no hint that we wouldalllikely be turned away, ..in fact, b/c they gave no hint, u began to presume that if u waited politely & patiently, u might getin,..at other shows they would usually say "the odds are low" but the no-name-tag attendants here kept a poker face the entire time,..and this is a Saturday afternoon(meaning higher turnout) & after they changed the start time from 1pm to 2pm ..(&they did the same change of times last time, suggesting they do the change intentionally with the hope of getting a crowd to turn out early b/c they miss or ignore the email, while the rest of the regular ticket crowd who are literate & trustworthy show up a but later &7 they (we) end up in the standby crowd..its completely sleazy of AFV & manhattan beach studios,..shame on them..I yelled "DISHONEST" as I left,..& the guy just stared impassively, not only unapologetic but clearly thrilled within himself that he had the power to turn away a "white boy" ..sleazy people..I wonder if the producers know what's going on..worth writing a letter about ..
KEEP the FAITH I! it's about FAITH, ABOUT GOD, JESUS, HOLY SPIRIT, LOVE ..peace, joy, kindness, care, happiness.. about doing what's right.. treating others better than yourself, about servant leadership, .. it's about hoping for the best from others, even when we live in a world with too much anger and mistreatment of others.. KEEP HOPING for the BEST from others..and DO UNTO OTHERS AS u would HOPE they do UNTO U..
