CASAREZ USED TIRES CARD: This is the place I was trying to find when the moronic, retarded CSULA police officer (Nguyen?) stopped me for an alleged "illegal turn on red" ..a few weeks before Christmas..it was raining..I had turned right on yellow but he couldn't actually see the light from where he was sitting..he just assumed, wrongly, it was red..and regardless, even if it was actually red the intersection was not properly posted ...I researched all the facts about it ..and filed a dispute of the charge...blah blah blah..and the metropolitan court lost my file..the freaking incompetent bloody retards...and for three years I've had to pay higher insurance rates because of this bloody moron nguyen...add to the fact that there was NOBODY AROUND ..it was a weekend..no students, no pedestrians.. there are REASONS for regulations..(spirit of the law versus letter of the law).... Nguyen should be fired
