Sen. Marco Rubio is slamming Secretary of State Hillary Clinton for saying "What does it matter?" during heated congressional testimony about who was behind the deadly Sept. 11 attack in Benghazi. "[The] secretary went [Wednesday] and said, 'Well, why does this matter?'" said Rubio (R-Fla.) on Fox's "On the Record with Greta Van Susteren," according to a Fox News transcript. "Here's why it matters. Because when they put out word that this was not a terrorist attack…it furthered the narrative that,
somehow, al Qaeda was in disarray." Rubio was referencing U.N. Amb. Susan Rice, who initially said that the attacks on the U.S. Consulate in Benghazi appeared to
