I'm convinced that Roger Lodge (morning sports show ,los angeles) & others sportscasters akin to him have a anti-white, anti-Christian racist agenda against Tim Tebow. I have heard him before go on rants against Tebow out-of-proportion to any blame or fault that Tebow deserves, & out-of-proportion to what Tebow has accomplished, and heard him again today (1/22/13) do the same. In fact, Tebow was an incredible college quarterback, and has considerable talent & skill & leadership abilities, IF he is given a fair chance for an entire season as we just saw the Jets do with Mark Sanchez, then, & only then, can he be fairly evaluated & critiqued. And this must include full coach,owner, & player support, as any QB deserves. Normally, Roger Lodge & his sidekick,----, exhibit rational, studied logic, when evaluation players of various sports, but they significantly fail re Tebow, suggesting that their critique has a hidden agenda. And my supposition is that it is race-based, given the fact that Lodge is actually Latino, and changed his name to suggest more "whiteness", and he often uses an almost-intentionally over-played "whiny white boy" persona,...; while his sidekick is african-American. I believe they sense they can use their broadcasting influence to keep certain types of actual "white,American,Christians" marginalized. This is part of an ongoing "uprising" so to speak, whereby not only are so-called "minorities" seeking "equality" but in fact are seeking "superiority".They are NOT getting to a place of prominence & success and then saying "thank you", but are actually ANGRY inside of themselves at certain white American Christians who they still believe got a "free ride" while they, themselves (the "minority"), made it to where they are by pulling themselves up by their own bootstraps. Its a self-serving,false, narrative, and its unfair (not to mention dishonest) to some white American Christians who have worked doggone hard to get where they are, thanls be to God.Its really sleazy by Roger Lodge to try so hard to discredit & defame Tebow. I've lost a lot of respect for Lodge.
