..I got an escort tofay at the district office in downtownlos angeles ..& I prayed while I was there... ..- was on the elevator with the escort & a bunch of lausd office employees ..& I started talking aloud about being with the lausd for thirteen years ...how proud I am about my service..& that I "would die for the LAUSD..." I MEANT THAT in terms of protecting the kids or staff..but my escort John Gray said, "You better think about your choice of words ..." .they're all so "scared"..its crazy...these people need to go to church more often.build up their courage..I'm NOT suicidal or homicidal..just willing to help others & even possibly at the risk of my life ...that's all I was saying..when I first started going into classrooms I was a little nervous as well..but I have NO FEAR a all now..b/c I know people.. a lot of irrationalfear comes from ignorance & lack of exposure ..and that's something people need to take responsibility for improving..esp people who work in education
