2/15/11 The BANK of AMERICA REP SAID THEY DON'T RECOMMEND ACTUALLY USING...

BEWARE of BANK of AMERICA ONLINE BANKING: OR MOBILE PHONE APPS or BOTH...it did a duplicate payment of $500 on consecutive days causing me to be overdraft.. and Bank of America would NOT immediately oblige me in rectifying the problem and reversing the $150 overdraft fees (while it may be resolved in thirty days, it is not guaranteed). This Bank of America was actually HONEST , but other reps tried to HARD HEAD ME & tell me it was "MY FAULT" and therefore they have no obligation to reverse any overdraft fees.. unbelievable.. I kept trying and may have found a resolution, but only because I am very persistent. I believe the average person would give up and take the fees which is what these unscrupulous Bank reps expect. Don't give up. Take them all the way to court if you must. Bank phone reps, by & large, DO NOT CARE. If you have a good relationship with a local bank manager, that's a better bet.
