1/22/13 WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF A "CONSENSUAL COP ENCOUNTER"

I used to think "if I haven't done anything wrong, there's no harm in talking" to a cop who just says hello, but that was BEFORE Feb 3, 2000 . NOW I know better. Yes, there are good cops, but there are also BAD cops, and you can't tell the difference by looking at them, nor by conversing with them; until its too late. Be wise and just limit the "casual conversation" to non-police. They shouldn't be stopping you just to say "hello" anyways. That's ridiculous. A cop in Traverse City, Michigan actually did that to me once...followed me into a grocery store parking lot & I said "Did I do something wrong?" And he said "Hey, I just wanted to say hello"...bizarre. ; it was a trap, & I told him I wasn't interested in friendly chatter. And he left. I know who set it up. Initials A.S. Shame on you.

rights and refusing to answer ANY questions. Please do not ask me any questions without my attorney present. I furthermore invoke my Fourth Amendment rights and do NOT consent to ANY searches of my persons and or
