"[The] secretary went [Wednesday] and said, 'Well, why does this matter?'" said Rubio (R-Fla.) on Fox's "On the Record with Greta Van Susteren," according to a Fox News transcript. "Here's why it matters. Because when they put out word that this was not a terrorist attack…it furthered the narrative that,
