lots of the time I appreciate frank pastore's show & his guests & the conversations & frank's comments...but every now & then he makes a cocky or overbearing comment, or makes a dismissive gesture towards a caller...95% of the time he's good, being sincere & insightful & tuned in...but its just these few times where he rubs me the wrong way & despite calling himself conservative & often mentioning his prior association with Biola/talbot (ie conservative) he seems to show a flash of hollywood-style liberal cynicism ...a few days ago he thought the SNL skit mocking Tebow was funny (I thought it was irreverent & blasphemous & insulting to Tebow & all Christians) , and now today, just off-the-cuff he says he doesn't like it when people put the Christian fish on their business card or even put Christian bumper stickers on their cars ...I TOTALLY DISAGREE....I completely admire & respect people who advertise their faith..that's part of "shining the light" & being evangelical...we can't all have our own radio show...most Christians can only barely do evangelism in small ways, and if putting a fish on their business card or a bumper sticker on their car is one of the ways, GOD BLESS 'EM ! I myself give out BIBLE CD's & Have a bunch of pro-life stickers on my car & DARE to advertise my faith as should ALL Christians in a respectful manner ..!
KEEP the FAITH I! it's about FAITH, ABOUT GOD, JESUS, HOLY SPIRIT, LOVE ..peace, joy, kindness, care, happiness.. about doing what's right.. treating others better than yourself, about servant leadership, .. it's about hoping for the best from others, even when we live in a world with too much anger and mistreatment of others.. KEEP HOPING for the BEST from others..and DO UNTO OTHERS AS u would HOPE they do UNTO U..
